Unit owners are encouraged to have Lowe’s do their window installation. (425-646-9031) Warranty on all windows reflects the following: 1-year warranty on all finished labor and a “Lifetime” warranty on the Pella window within a transfer of one time to new owner within 10 years.
All owners who do not have their installation completed by July 2008, will be notified of a date/time when the install will take place, and billed accordingly. Failure to pay for the installation will be followed by a lien on their property. It is imperative that the windows are installed immediately, as we are unable to proceed with the siding until this is done.
The Redwoods community consists of 70 condominium homes. 10-studio units at approximately 400 square feet, 4 vaulted ceiling/sunken living room 2-bedroom/1 bath units approximately 770 square feet, 24 1-bedroom/1-bath units approx 670 sq feet and 32 2-bedroom/1 bath approximately 840 square feet. The communities are governed under the Redwoods Homeowners Association.
The Redwoods HOA is made up of a minimum of 3, but not more than 9 directors. Elections are held once a year in the spring. Once a new board has been elected, the new board chooses its officers from among its new members. The term length is one year. If a director wishes to continue serving on the board, he or she must be re-elected each year.
